We are ready to set up more new LALG groups over the coming months - but we need members to tell us what ideas might work.

Art and Craft Workshop

Members of this group will share skills and ideas on a variety of themes according to members’ interests.

This could be painting, sketching, pebble-art, card-making, MDF composite scenes, toy-making, framing and whatever else members want.

The Broadway Gallery. A Talk by Kristian Day

Kristian Day took over the Broadway Gallery in Leys Avenue just before the art industry was devastated by the spread of Covid-19, meaning his plans for the space and the Arts in Hertfordshire ended before they could begin. Over the last two years however the gallery has gone from imminent closure to the centre of a thriving art scene with an ambitious vision for the future.

The 12-mile circular walk starts at the Forest Centre, Marston Moretaine MK43 0PR (£3 parking charge). Following tracks and footpaths, the route passes through woods and open countryside with a few hills.
