Online Help - Requesting a replacement membership card

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account and view your MyProfile page by clicking the Welcome (first Name) link.
  2. Under Membership, your account details will be displayed. If not please contact membership@lalg.org.uk
  3. Select “Edit Personal Details”
  4. Your personal and membership details will then appear.
  5. Underneath your Membership Details tick the box next to “Replacement Request”
  6. Next
  7. Do the same for any members of your household who require a replacement card.
  8. Submit
  9. If you have registered an email address with us then you will receive an automated email advising you that your request has been submitted. Your card should arrive in the post within the next week.
