We are a small group of hobby photographers who enjoy a social outing with our digital cameras.
Members take it in turns to organise a monthly photoshoot, usually on a weekday morning. We then review some of our photos on the fourth Monday morning in a local village hall to share ideas and knowledge.
A selection of our pictures is shown below.

There was no trip over the Christmas period but an assignment was set for members: "to be able to show SIX pictures of the SAME thing, each one in a different way. So, your choice of ‘subject’ could be either inside or out depending on your constitution, could be an object, a person, a scene, a pet or anything else that inspires you. You could use, angle, focal length, lighting etc to make each picture look different but hopefully pleasing as a stand alone photo. The key thing is that your chosen ‘subject’ should be recognisable in each picture".
At the review on 13th January , which included a shared lunch, the interpretations of the assignment were foud to be "very interesting"!
