A= Albariño

Nose:  zesty citrus, white nectarine, and pineapple, layered with hints of fresh herbs, honeysuckle, white pepper.

Palate: A vibrant mix of orchard and tropical fruits like green apple, stone fruit, and dried pineapple. A creamy mid-palate balanced by racy, mouth-watering acidity.

Finish: Crisp and zesty with a signature saline and peppery kick.

D=Primitivo

Nose: Fragrant and aromatic with fresh red fruits like cherry, strawberry, and red plum, accompanied by wild berries

Colour: Bright ruby red with hints of purple.

G=Chianti

B=Chardonnay

Style: Dry, unoaked, and crisp white wine.

Body: Light to medium-bodied 

Visuals: Pale golden-yellow with brilliant clarity and youthful green highlights.

Nose: A bouquet featuring white spring flowers (acacia, honeysuckle), ripe stone fruits (apricot, peach), and citrus zest (lemon, grapefruit), often with underlying hints of hazelnut and honey.

Palate: Bright and juicy with core flavours of pear, golden apple, and melon. It is predominantly fresh and fruit-driven rather than oaky, finishing with a crisp, flinty minerality.

E=Rioja

Look: Deep, intense dark cherry red with excellent depth and a bright rim.

Nose: A complex and expressive bouquet highlighted by aromas of ripe dark fruit (blackberry, cherry), baking spices (cinnamon, black pepper), vanilla, and balsamic notes like liquorice.

Palate: Fresh, supple, and mouth-filling. It balances ripe berry flavours with soft, polished tannins and a long, elegant finish with subtle toasted or earthy undertones

H= Pinot Noir

Nose: Highly aromatic with a fragrant bouquet of ripe red cherries, fresh raspberries, and subtle floral or herbal undertones.

Palate: Medium-bodied and velvety. Flavors of tart cherry, red berry fruit, and soft hints of baking spice lead to a clean, mouth-filling finish.

Structure: Exceptionally smooth with soft, low-to-moderate tannins and a lively acidity that prevents it from feeling heavy

C=Gruner Veltliner

Appearance: Crystal clear and bright pale lemon, often with subtle green or lime glints.

Nose: An intense and fresh bouquet notes of white flowers (jasmine), citrus (lemon zest, grapefruit), and tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, and lychee. Underlying balsamic touches of eucalyptus and mint are signatures of this specific producer.

Palate: Zesty, fluid, and lively with a bright, and seamless balance of juicy orchard and stone fruits 

Finish: A defining, crisp salinity with subtle mineral undertones that linger on the finish. 

F=Shiraz

Nose: Bursting with vibrant dark cherry, ripe plum, and blackberry. These fruity aromas are beautifully complemented by hints of peppery spice, dark chocolate, and roasted mocha.

On the Palate:  Flavors of luscious blackberry, fresh raspberry jam, and black cherry lead the way. Are expertly balanced by peppery notes, toasty oak, and touches of liquorice.

The Finish: A long, generous, and savoury finish framed by fine, soft, and powdery tannins.
