We are arranging an introduction to open water swimming at Redricks Lakes, Sawbridgeworth. Cost around £16, plus £10 to hire a wet suit. The session includes rules for swimming at the lake; health and safety overview; acclimatisation; overcoming anxiety and panic; building confidence; basic skills and techniques for swimming in open water; and a final Q&A session.
