July 3rd 14.00: We'll be reviewing the 2026 Oscar nominations for Short Films - animated, live action and documentary.
In August (7th) we'll be looking at Japanese cinema and at some of the classically great directors - Ozu, Mizoguchi and Kurosawa. We'll also study Ozu's much-admired 1953 film about aged parents and their children, Tokyo Story.
