Have fun keeping fit at your own pace on Monday evenings or Wednesday afternoons.
All you need is loose clothing and a bottle of water. A yoga-type mat can be useful. Our trainer is Mike Eve, a professional fitness trainer.
First session free, then £7 per session, or £5 per session if paid monthly in advance.
At the first session you will be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ).
