Walk

We have a limited number of places left on the next planned walk, meeting by 
the John Betjeman statue on the upper concourse at St Pancras. The walk will 
be around Bloomsbury, lasting approx 3 to 3.5 hours, and covering a maximum 
of 4 miles. The walk will take in places of interest along the way - focussing on 
literary links (Woolf, Orwell etc), famous landmarks and medical innovation 
(GOSH, Foundling Hospital). We will also cover bits of the university (UCL) and 
the British Museum. There will be at least one stop for lunch/drinks (exact 
location to be decided on the day) - but people can bring their own 
refreshments if they prefer. 
The walk is part of a new series of London Village Walks and is being led by 
some of our new leaders.  There is a charge of £5 per person to cover 
research expenses, payable on the day in cash.
