2 talks: An Introduction to Murder

Our main speaker is Nik Pringle, who is Vice Chair of Hertfordshire Police Historical Society. He visited us several years ago and told us about Stevenage's famous poachers the Fox twins. Today's talk is titled An Introduction to Murder - motives, means and examples.

The first speaker will be Maureen Madren talking on the history and future of the Baldock Arts and heritage Centre in the old town hall.

We meet in the Kincaid Hall, Letchworth Settlement, Nevells Road SG6 4UB. Doors open 10am for 10.30am. Limited parking is available on site; free parking is available by the outdoor swimming pool and the Bowls Club, both a few minutes’ walk away in Icknield Way.

£4 members, £6 non-members (membership available on the door). There is no need to buy a ticket in advance, just come along! 

NB The main Settlement building will not be open and so no tea/coffee/drinking water will be available.  Feel free to bring a flask!
