Items about whisky.
In January 2020 the Malt Whisky Appreciation Group were excited that we had reached our 97th whisky. As it is the normal routine that every two months we sample three whiskies we believed that in March 2020 that we would reach #100. It was clearly not meant to be and the meetings moved online.
In July 2021 we held our first in person meeting outside and acquired and sampled whiskies 98, 99 and 100!
The Malt Whisky Group has continued to meet through Zoom so we have made an attempt to capture the whiskies that we have been sampling at home. We do discuss these and we believe that there will be some recommendations from this list to guide us once we are able to meet again in person. Updated after May 2021 Virtual Meeting (which we hope is the last one!).
Below is a list of whiskies which we have sampled in physical meetings between 2012 and now. During Covid-19 we moved to virtual meetings and drank what we had to hand and those whiskies are listed separately in 'The Lockdown List'
