Eulogy

Location

National Theatre, Queens Walk, London, SE1 9PX
United Kingdom
GB
Sun, 10/10/2021 - 3:00pm

EULOGY is a communal experience in a shipping container lasting 30 minutes, that uses binaural sound and speech recognition technology to immerse each audience member into a dreamlike, labyrinthine hotel that is imagined in the darkness.

Audience members are transported through rooms and down corridors, into a car park, a canteen and a lift which transports them between floors, taking them deeper into the dream.

EULOGY is both an intense and exhilarating ride and a deeper exploration of the relative merits of an embodied human conscious experience versus one that only exists in the imagination.

The Drop

Sat, 06/11/2021 - 6:00pm

At the centre of London’s criminal underworld lies a centuries-old secret.

In 1912, two Bloomsbury bookbinders created a luxurious jeweled binding for a book that became known as The Great Omar.

Hugely valuable, the book found a buyer and was packed safely aboard a boat bound for New York.

On the 15th of April 1912 the HMS Titanic sank, leaving the book forever lost at sea. Its secrets were never recovered. Until now.

In an unassuming building in London, a sea of secrets is waiting to be revealed.

Enter a hidden world as you descend into the dark underbelly of international crime and prepare yourselves to face The Drop.

Will you beat the villain, or become one?

“AS THE SMOKE SOARS ON WINGS TO HEAVEN, SO SINKS OUR CITY”

In the smouldering promise of the fall of Troy, a mythical world of Gods and mortals rises from the ashes.

As Greece teeters on the brink of victory, the neon backstreets of Downtown Troy give way to a sprawling labyrinth hiding secrets even the prophecies could not foretell.

In this colossal playground, the furies watch on as mortals play out their fate.

And as night falls, the city comes alive.

One last time.

Crisis, What Crisis?, 21st August 2021

We had done this show before, two years ago, but it's so good that we decided to go again for its brief revival.

It was very enjoyable. Highlights were making decisions which resulted in the UK joining the Soviet Bloc, which provoked an attempted military coup to overthrow the government, a very unusual ending to the show.

The Perfect Crime, 8th August 2021

For our first event, we formed a team of 5 to steal a painting from a high-security vault, which was great fun.
