The topic for this meeting will be an informal discussion on the different religions in Asia. Attendees to talk for a few minutes each on their faith/traditions/culture and discuss things we have in common.

Bring any pictures, artefacts, religious symbols to share if you wish.

This is a monthly meet up on the third Wednesday of every month. So far we have discussed migration stories of people from South Asia. The format of the group has changed to a more informal gathering over coffee. Speakers/activities will be planned 2-3 times a year at different venues.

Legends of the Casbah

The topic will be Legends of the Casbah, a documentary about the South Asian Indian community living in Durban during the 1950s and 1960s.
