The results from last night’s January Lockdown Quiz are below. The Popping Corks would like to thank everyone for taking part (34 teams and over 160 people) and making it a really fun evening. Congratulations to our top three quiz teams, 1st place, the 6 Amigos, 2nd place, PC team and in 3rd place, the Dahlias. It was very close run with some high scores, so well done. We have checked the maths and there were some arithmetical errors. Some people have lost points from Round 5 by providing the airport name and not the country.
The hardest round was, surprisingly, Letchworth, with only 56% of correct answers. The highest scoring round was Songs and Singers with 90% correct answers. The hardest questions were Round 6 Letchworth Q3, Who presented the Royal Oak? and Round 8, Going Underground Q5 on Bermondsey (11% correct answers).
