A very enjoyable day was had by all who played at Wyboston in October. The sun came out for most of the time that the players were out on the course.
Twenty one people took part in this annual event but I am hoping for a few more ladies next year. The Challenge Cup was won by the team of Gill Hill, David Mawdsley, David Croft and Bob Donovan. The longest drive for men was won by Paul Bigley and the longest drive for ladies by Jill Bransby.
It was agreed that we should continue holding this event at Wyboston Lakes for next year as the food and facilities are so very good.
