Nordic Walking

A whole body exercise that harnesses the benefits of walking with the use of Nordic walking poles. Learn how to walk with ease, becoming faster and walking further, whilst also having fun.

Walks will be taking place on alternate Mondays and Tuesdays with optional Saturday and evening walks, depending on what you want.

A taster session will be required to ensure you are walking correctly to get maximum benefit.
