Tastes of Spring/Easter

A taste of Spring, a taste of Easter. This month one member will be baking hot-cross buns to prove they’re so much better than shop-bought ones (we hope!) and another will be baking a simnel cake. The origins of the simnel cake are disputed but it is now generally accepted as being related to Easter. Rumour is there may even be some Easter eggs to try!
