You may be wondering why you have not yet had a reminder to renew your membership this year. This is because last year we gave everyone a 3-month extension due to Covid.
The majority of our members are now due to renew in December 2021 and their reminders are going out in November with details on how to pay.
More information can be found at JOIN | RENEW. You will see that renewal is much easier now as you can pay online or over the phone. Please pay as soon as you can, online if possible, and your Membership card will arrive by mid-December 2021.
We plan to avoid this December peak and spread the workload in future years by extending some members’ renewal dates according to how long they have been with LALG as a reward for their loyalty. This will make processing over 1,100 renewals less challenging for our small Membership team.
Your next renewal date will be printed on your new Membership card. Membership remains at £10 per household, or £14 if you also want a paper copy of the Newsletter delivered to you.
