Amersham Circular

The walk starts at the car park in old Amersham (free on Sundays - grid ref SU 960 973).

We go east and then south to Chalfont St Giles and Chalfont St Peter’s and return via Jordans and Seers Green. It follows the River Misbourne; a short diversion takes you to Milton’s Cottage in Chalfont St Giles and Jordans was important in the founding of the Quaker movement which may be of some interest. It is 13.7 miles with 1033ft total ascent.

Meet in the Letchworth Arena car park at 8am for car sharing or advise the leaders in advance if you wish to go direct to Amersham. Please bring food and drink for the day.
