Circle Dancing

We meet monthly on a Tuesday afternoon at Letchworth Settlement, Nevells Road.

This is a style of social dance done in a circle or a curved line to music from all over the world, traditional and contemporary, without needing a partner. 

Since we started in June last year we have had much laughter, light heartedness and joyful movement along the themes of summer, autumn, winter and gratitude. This term our dance themes will be new beginnings, open heartedness and spring, all inclusively danced in a connected or sometimes open circle

We have a centrepiece which Dee makes from fresh offerings in her garden. It reflects the season or the theme of the dances and provides a beautiful focus on which to rest our eyes or reflect while we dance. Beginners very welcome! Cost towards room hire: £8, or £10 for non-members (cash please).
