Geology

Geology Group

Geology studies the processes that have shaped the earth over its 4,500 million year history; concerned with solid earth, the rocks of which it is composed, and the processes by which they change.

We organise talks, visits and workshops throughout the year.

If you are interested in joining this group please contact Carrie Dunne: geology@lalg.org.uk.

Our next meeting will be a visit to the Linnaean Society: Tues 21 May 2024
