Are you looking to shed some of those Christmas calories? Look at our groups for lots of ideas including badminton, cycling, golf, table tennis, yoga, Zumba and over 10 different walking groups. Second groups could start if there is enough demand.

We are also considering new groups including aerobics, Nordic walking, Pilates, walking football, walking netball and even Pickleball, a racquet sport using wooden paddles and a polymer ball.
