We headed off in the direction of Home Farm and skirted round the eastern edge of the Wimpole Hall grounds. From there we headed north through Kingston and Caldecote before turning east to Hardwick, crossing the Greenwich Meridian again on the way. We then paased through the middle of Coton, crossed the M11 and then passed various University sports grounds to the bridge over the Can on Garret Hostel Lane. From there we had great views of the Cam in both directions. We then headed into the centre of Cambridge, finishing the walk at the Church of St Andrew the Great in the main shopping area
