Action for Happiness

'Action for Happiness' is a movement for positive social change, bringing together people interested in activities scientifically evidenced to improve our sense of well-being, e.g. mindfulness, identifying personal strengths, gratitude diaries, being near nature, etc.

The group meets monthly. There is a small charge to cover room rental and sundries. Teas and coffees can be purchased at the venue.
